For specialized or high-cost genetic testing, our administration team handles the pre-authorization process with your provider.
04. Settlement
Most claims are settled directly. We will only contact you if there are shortfalls, co-payments, or exhausted savings limits.
Administrative Policy
While we facilitate direct billing as a value-added service, payment ultimately remains the patient's legal responsibility. Coverage is subject to your specific scheme rules, plan type, and available limits at the time of processing. We recommend confirming pathology benefits for specialized tests with your provider beforehand.
