For specialized or high-cost genetic testing, our administration team handles the pre-authorization process with your provider.

04. Settlement

Most claims are settled directly. We will only contact you if there are shortfalls, co-payments, or exhausted savings limits.

Administrative Policy

While we facilitate direct billing as a value-added service, payment ultimately remains the patient's legal responsibility. Coverage is subject to your specific scheme rules, plan type, and available limits at the time of processing.
